On the 13/07/2018 I took my car for a 75000km service at Sandton. The service advisor advised me that I should consider taking an extended warranty as my car was only left with 15000km before it expires. He then informed the guy by the name of Thomas Moolman from LiquidCapital to get in touch with me so that we can arrange the extended warranty. The guy sent me the quote but did not inform me that I can still take the plan after I have taken my car for the remainder of the service warranty. I only realised that after I have taken out the policy that I can only claim after making 6 instalments. In my case I claimed after making 17 instalments as some of the instalments were not even supposed to happen. I requested the policy documents from the guy he did not send them, he also failed to inform me that I can login on their website to obtain the info. On the 05/12/2019 I sent an e-mail to their *** requesting for the policy document but no one responded. Towards the end of February 2020 I contacted Hyundai Sandton asking them how to go about servicing my car as I am not getting any help from LiquidCapital that is when they advised me that I can bring my car in and they will contact LiquidCapital. The first service undernthis policy was done on the 10.03.2020 and what surprised me today when I login to their website is that the policy is expiring on 26 Jan 2022. What I would also like to know is that after deducting the remainder of the 30 months are they going to stop the deduction or they are going to continue until the expiry of the policy? Lastly they must reconsider reducing the term of payment as I have taken the policy 11 months in advance. The money was sitting in their bank making profit for them.
