Damaging my vehicle whilist in their possetion

My IX35 was damaged by the dealership and I urgently need assistance in this matter since they are now blame shifting whom is responsible for the damage. The vehicle were left with Hyundai Zambezi on 22 June 15 with now markings but when we received it back 2 months later it had a huge dent on the side. The vehicle were send to JHB for gearbox repairs. Now, between the people of Mayfair and the dealership no one is taking responsibility. I took the vehicle back (I stay in Warmbaths) yesterday to the dealership as was arranged with Hyundai SA and the other company in JHB was to arrange a courtesy car. Needless to say this was not done but instead they suggested they send a rental car for which I was to pay R1500. I did not have that much money on me and as I was afraid for, me and my daughter with her month old baby were left stranded in Pta. I feel since they are the one's responsible for the damage, that I courtesy car was to be supp****. The dealership could also not provide me with answers as to why my vehicle had over 300km's been put on the speedometer when we went to fetch it at the dealership after the 2 months. This is the short version of my frustration with these companie
