Damageing your vehicle

I took in my car for 30000 km service at Bracenfell Huyndai and received my car back not only with a few dents but a big dent on my roof i phoned head office in Johannesburg to report this because their was other problems with my service as well the lady i spoke to gave me an incorrect email adres and told me sorry we do not accept complaints via the phone only email

i phoned in a couple of more times were the person handeling the complaints is always busy and never returns your calls its been two weeks now with no responce from hyundai the do not even respond on their fb page or return your calls
