Customer for life

<p>I bought a pre-owned Hyundai I20 1.2 Motion from the Roodepoort branch. When driving the car for short trips there was no problems but when driving the car for a longer trip we noticed a very strange sound from the front of the vehicle. I received the vehicle on Friday 3 Mar and took it back on Tuesday 7 March. The branch could not find what the problem was as the noise was very unique, so they provided me with a courtesy vehicle because at that stage I did not have any form of transport. The vehicle was sent to their gear box specialists a number of times and when returned, Andre (the workshop manager) was still not happy with the vehicle. Long story, short they got head office involved and refused to give up until the vehicle was sorted. Eventually the vehicle was sorted 9 weeks and one day later but they never gave up and never once asked to have the courtesy vehicle back. I just would like to say a big thanks to Andre, Dirk and Ian at the Roodepoort branch for all your assistance, Perseverance and helpfulness during this frustrating time. I once owned a Hyundai Accent (old model) and then purchased a Ford thereafter, after this experience I think that I will be a Hyundai driver for the rest of my life.</p> <p> </p>
