Ordered parts from the Vereeniging branch. Everytime i phoned my parts weren't there. My client couldn't wait any longer as he was told if he wasnt at work he would lose his job- this is his only car- he got parts from jhb. I informed the branch my client got his own parts as by this time i was informed the parts would take 3 weeks. Why wasnt I informed in the first place this is how long it would take. I want my money back as they still have the money and now they want to force me to take parts i dont need. If they were honest from the start saying the parts would take 3 weeks I would never even ordered them.
