**** service and shady repairs

Car went in twice where we specifically told them there is an issue with the aircon. Only to get a response that the aircon is fine. After having the car for almost 3 days to repair the central locking mechanism and aircon we get the car back only to prove to them that the aircon still don't work. Now a day later the car can't be locked or opened with the remote or key. Eventually accessing the car from the back it won't start.
