Consultants beg you for your business then don't come back to you when they inform you that finance is pre approved

Poor service received from consultant ANDY CHAPPEN. I saw a vehicle i wanted finance for (2021 hyundai Atos for 139 990) and this consultant from HYUNDAI ETHEKWINI called me to discuss. he was very helpful and asked for all the information needed to apply for vehicle finance which I sent him. later on in the evening (28 october 2021), the consultants manager informed me that the vehicle i wanted to apply for finance for was sold and i repeatedly informed andy to not put through an app but he insisted that he needed the sale and will even lower the charges and his profit to ensure i can get the finance within my budget. in the evening of the 28th October Andy had informed me that they require a payslip for the finance app but i informed him countless of times that I am a commission earner and had sent him the commission statement that the franchise i work for sends to me. after informing andy that i will rather go directly to the bank to apply for finance he later messages me on whatsapp to inform me that I have been pre approved for finance from standard bank but I think he **** to me because I have not received any podium nor any more feedback from andy and all he said that there is no feedback yet. If this is the type of service we get where consultants either lie to clients about finance being approved and dont get back to them and bascially beg them for the business then I hope no one buys from this franchise ever again! i still have not received feedback so dont know if this consultant is wasting my time!!!
