Constant problems with the clutch

I took my car (Hyundai Grand i10 1.25 Motion) in for its first service at 15 000km (January 2016). About a few weeks later, my clutch would make a high-pitched humming sound. I took my car back to Hyundai Sandton and they informed me that the problem was solved. Close to the time that my car was due for its second service, the problem with the humming began again. I took the car in (September 2016) and I was informed that the problem was solved. A week later, I was back at the dealership as the problem was still there. Once again, I was informed that the problem was solved. Two months later, I was back at the dealership for the same problem...thankfully since then (around November 2016) I haven't heard the humming sound.

Just before my 3rd service, I was experiencing problems with changing gears to reverse so during my 3rd service (April 2017), I informed them of the issue. I picked up my car later that day and I was told that everything is all good. But alas, everything was not all good! I would literally spend an extra 10 minutes in parking lots trying to reverse, because I would struggle to put it in reverse. Sometimes I'd end up just letting my car roll, if I am able to, so I can drive off. So I returned my car to the dealership (June 2017), which is currently still there.

I am so disappointed at the quality of the service that I have received. I purchased a brand new car in 2015, but every time my car goes in for service problems arise or become worse. They are aware that their cars have issues with the clutch, yet they continue to 1.) Sell them and 2.) Provide service of such low quality that we are forced to keep returning. I am being inconvenienced, because they had to keep my car and couldn't even organise a courtesy car.

Two different service guys were handling my issue. I received a call in the morning (Thursday) from guy A to say that they need to keep my car until Monday, latest Tuesday. Because I want a car that works, I give the go ahead. Later in the afternoon, I receive a text from guy B saying that my car is in the queue for a wash and I will be informed when it's ready to collect. So I call guy B because I'm confused as I'm receiving different information. Guy B assures me that my car is fine and it will be ready in 30minutes. 10 minutes later, guy B calls me back and tells me he made a mistake and that guy A was correct. Seriously???

I know of other frustrated customers who are experiencing issues with their clutch. I regret buying this car...it's bringing me so many problems and it's not even 3 years old. I hope anyone else who is experiencing the same or similar problems can come forward so that Hyundai can do something about this.
