Completely bad service from Hyundai Airport Kempton Park.

My Hyundai Getz 1.6 HS broke down due to overheating. I arranged to tow it to Hyundai Airport Kempton Park because it was the closest dealership. When i got there they were all smiles because clearly i was bringing in money to them. They charged me a fee for stripping and told me it includes reassembling the vehicle if i decide to not fix it there. They gave a quotation of about 40K to fix my car and i opted to fix it elsewhere. I was contacted to say the vehicle is ready for collection, when i get there i find the vehicle is still completely stripped, meaning they didnt reassemble. I pay something close to 6K for the stripping/assembling and the inspection of the engine. They wanted me to an additional 3K to assemble the vehicle again for some reason so i refused to pay hence they just took everything and put it in the boot. I took the vehicle to another approved dealership and they promised to sort it for me. a few days later i got a call saying they had bought the parts just to find that they bought for the wrong engine. Hyundai Airport Kempton Park had swopped out my engine with another one in hoping i wouldnt notice and just throw it away. They gave me a Kia Picanto engine and it is so small it doesnt even fit to the vehicles Gearbox. They kept telling me that this never happened before at their dealership after insulting me and telling me that im just trying to make them pay for the damages. According to the current dealership my car was supposed to fixed by this weekend but now that we found that the engine is incorrect, i am going to stay another week or 2 without a vehicle. I believe they were on a mission to rip me off and i wont be the last one to get ********** like that. My question is what if it was a woman who wouldnt go checking all these things except just fall victim to paying for the repairs just like that? This is totally unacceptable and i wish it was attended to accordingly. I am taking this matter to the newspapers.
