Cloth ****ing 2 year old bakkie

Good day i went to hyundai mokopane 3 weeks back for a bakkie hyundai H100 to be serviced , and in that morning around 11:H00 i was called by the manager to say my bakkie has a problem,i the asked for a lift going to c whats the problem and when i got there, the manager told me that there is a funny noise coming from my bakkie after ther serviced it and he suspects that a cloth was forgotten in the air cleaner by the guy who was servicing it, and since i had to rush back to work i asked them not to open the engene as that bakkie was only 2 years old and its still under engene plan, the manager said its ok and he will let me know when the bakkie is done , i then went to work, and i even knocked off still waitting for their call ,but they dd not call i went to hyundai mokopane to see if my bakkie was ok, i found all people gone, and the apprintice was waitting for the car as he was going home, i asked him were his manager was and he said he is gone, and now i asked the hyundai car dealler worker to call the the service manager ,he came i asked him y ddnt he call he said he was gna call me en to my suprise my bakkies engene was opened,the top was put on the other side on the table with black cloth particles, i took pictures and asked him y dd he open my bakkies engene he said he wanted to take the cloth out and they will fix it. I mean a 2 year old bakkie?! So he said they will fix it. 3 days after waitting my dad went to hyundai mokopane as he was called to come take the bakkie but it was not in good condition, he then asked them to fix it they said y wud he not bring it tmrw ,he said cZ its nt fixed and not yet r stl watting for them and its been a week, guys please help me as i use that bakkie to go to work and now i hv been strughing and none of this pple has called to inform me of my bakkies were abouts i need help.
