Cloned car

I'm writing this review on behalf of my friend, she bought a car through Standard bank a Hyundai creta, about a year and half ago, she went to renew her disc only to find out that her car has been cloned and when she reported the matter to standard bank and Hyundai they are unable to assist her no one is taking countabilily in the issue hyandai does want to take the care back saying it was paid for by standard bank so the matter is out of their hands while the bank is still debiting her account for the car if which she does not own and will never own even after paying it off, the name of the car has someone else's name when they checked the history of the car of which it's in mpumalanga and she is here in Gauteng, even the ombudsman have failed her, in the worst possible way, she is now in and out of the hospital before of depression. Please help where possible or what route should she take, and this going to affect her credit record.
