Client is always wrong

<p> I bought the Hyundai Elantra in May 2016 and then I had a breakdown last weekend.i called my insurance and arrange the tow car .we then inform Hyundai.they said they will send their authorized towing company cause the car is under warranty.so the insurance must cancel theirs.the car was checked for any damages and none was found.so the car went to Hyundai and I was made to pay R2400 for towing and battery replacement..what a *******.to my surprise the car is damaged..rear bumper and front..also on the sides</p>
