<p>On 17-02-2017 I took my car Hyundai i10 for a service and also to check the cause of funny sound at Vereeniging Hyundai, the man by name of Johann phoned me , to tell me that they wanna put headlight protection kit to my car for preventing it to break and I thought is linked with the problem of funny sound. Then I said yes, when my partner fetch the car, the sound was still there and I phoned back to Johann on the sameday to tell him my car is still doing the same, and he said I must bring back the car before they close, my partner went back and they booked my car for 24-02-2017, when I bring back the car on the 24 of february, I asked them what is it , this protection kit while my car is still experiecing the same problem. Elza from Hyundai told me it is nice thing for the lights and lifetime guarantee and I said to her I do not have lights problem please remove those thing to my car because I thought is in connection with the problem of the funny sound then she told me that Johann is not working with them. I asked her why they gave Johann my number because my car is under their supervision and I trusted them. I wanted to speak with the manager then she said she will pass the message to the manager after hour I called her about the manager she told me the manager said is not their problem, I must call Johann by myself , I even show them I need to repair my bumped I won't go for luxury lights. </p> <p> </p> <p>I phoned Johann but he said he is sorry those thing cannot be removable and he cannot refund me. I paid R1995,00 only for that kit for service which I do not mind is R1346 Total amount that I paid R3346. please help me to get my refund. Johann's number is ********** . what suprises me , is that I paid the total to Hyundai account, Why? if they are not working with Johann.</p> <p> </p>
