Cashback and Numbe plate

Hi Bought a Truck Ex8 at Hyndai Airport at Kempton park , they promised me to pay cashback within two weeks , two months have passed and i have not received the cash back amount they promised.

Second, Trucks are not allowed to load goods if they have a valid desk license,

for two months after buying a truck i cannot load goods , because Hyundai give me a permit not the full desk . i have lost two months of review becasuse my truck does not number plate
