Car With Service Plan Not Serviced

on 12/12/2017 i took my i20 for a service as per booking on my arrival i handed the key to the lady at reception(service advisor) and the lady told the car cannot be serviced as i have passed the 2000 km. The car still has a service plan and maintenance plan yet i was expected to pay from my pocket. The car was due for a 30000 km service but exceeded those kilometers as i was in Cape Town on vacation using the car. She never bothered to assist and gave me attitude.
