Car that was promised to me was not in Accident

I bought a Hyundai I 30 from the dealership in bedfordview with 25000km on the clock. I specifically asked whether the car was not in an Accident and i was promised that the car was not in an accident. After less than 5000km the clutch broke and when they took it to Menlyn branch they informed me that it is not covered by the warranty that i paid for because the car was in an accident. If they told me that the car was in an accident upfront when i asked them i wouldn't have bought the vehicle. These people can not be trusted and i will never buy a vehicle from them again. Be careful with their dishonesty.
