Car registration

<p>I bought a brand new car from Hynduai Centurion in Feb. The guy who sold the car to me went out of his way to assist me up until the day i drove the car out of the garage. before i left after signing all the paperwork i asked him is it possible to get my number plates and paperwork delivered to where i work and he said yes he will arrange it i must just send him the address which i did and he told me i have nothing to worry about. so 2 days before my temporary licences expires i phone them to ask what going on i ahve nt received anything antd that the temporary licence is expiring, so Deon helped me and he said i need tolay an afidate off to confir that i am staying at this address so when i asked why wasnt i told about this the day i collected the car he told e he does not know adnd there is noting he can do for me so i ased to speak to the brnch manager to ask why was this not comminucated to me when i was there the day i drove the car out of the shop why did they tell me i dont have anything to worry about and nw i hear this, infact the day i went to collect the car he person i am staying with me was there and she signed the paperwork that was given to her with a copy of her id. s after i exlained my situation to the branch manger Carol van tonder he told me 5 times he does not understand my problem that he got so rude that made that i was rude to him . i phoned Hynduai headoffice and spoke to the lady by the name of angie who said whey did they not communicate this to me and why must i phone them to follow up on what is going on i am the client and they saw that there is a problem so why dont they contact me and i told her i have no idea and i completly understand the policies but why was this not cominicated to me why only hear about this now. She told me she was going to sort it out and get back to me. the next day i phoned head office to speak to angie, a lady by the anem of Lydia told me angie does not work here and they dont deal with this omplaints. i checked my phone records and i did phone hynduai headoffice and spoke to angie. so i just stop fighting with them as it wont get me any where i went to go do the afidavit and took it personllay to them. Doen told me i will get it the following Wednesday so i followed up camly and he said he does not have it yet so i was calm but up till now i have had it with them every day it is a different story. it has been 3 weeks now that i am driving around with an expired temporary licence and i had to bribe a police officer R500.00 not to lock me up. they have my money and now they don't care anymore. they really need to work on their commincation s****s and start phoning after their clients they wait for me to phone and follow up the whole time. i will never in my life buy a ar from that dealership again and all my friends and family who is buying new cars are going to other franchises. hynduai will never see any business coming from me again nor will i recomend them to anyone else. Brand new car and the CD player is also not working... at this stage they are not in my liking i cant trust a wrd that comes out of their mouths..!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!</p>
