Car purchase

<p>I purchase a car from Hyundai East Rand, but the car that was sold to me is not in a good state, after inspection and service we found a couple of faults with the car, and I only purchase the car end of October 2016, after purchase I drove the car for less then a week but already i was indicating a fault with the engine, I then took it back in , they gave me back after a week saying that the issue has been fixed, after a week I encountered the same problem I then took it back in again, they kept the car for close to 3 weeks I then received the car back again.</p> <p>I took it in for inspection two weeks back and these are the problems i received. My understanding says there is no way I could have done that to car i drove less than 4 months, if it was the gear box or clash plate I would understand, and now they refusing to fix the car or give me a car of the same value.</p>
