Car peeling off

I am seriously disappointed with the lack of service and accountability from Hyundai. I posted a photo of my car showing how badly its peeling off, hoping I could get some direction on what process to take for assistance, but till this day no response.

My concern is that its now starting to rust and it will damage mnt car badly. I would really appreciate some urgent feedback on what is the way forward.
