Car licensed wrong

I bought a new car Hyundai venue at Hyundai Ballito May 2020 and I've found out in January 2021 that my licensing was done wrong the Vin number that is on the car doesn't match that is on the disc no one is assisting me with this matter they are not giving me anything to say wat are they doing to fix this matter, I wrote on Hyundai page on Facebook they asked for my details but no one has assisted me till today.
