Car crashed in the hands of Hyundai Zambezi, poor customer service

Poor customer care. My car crashed while is in their hands on the 10th June 2022. So far i dont know where my car is n there is no communication on that matter unless i call them. Last time i was told it went for repair and waiting parts. Am paying for Hyundai Tucson automatic today but driving Venue manual. I paid 2 installments so far for the car that i dont have.
