Car crashed during service at Hyundai Kramerville

On the 20th of July 2022, I took my car for its first service at Hyundai Sandton (Kramerville) and it was involved in an accident in their care. They are unwilling to assist us with a courtesy car while dealing with the matter. The dealer principal is uncooperative and it has been two days since the incident, there has been no progress.
