Can you trust your dealership

My moms car was booked in for a service at the Springfield branch on the week of 25th December 2019.It had gone in twice.the monday and the friday.my dad is a Pastor and he had let his bible,international pastors manual and diary in the car.on new years eve when he required the book he notices it was missing.the car hadn't been used since returning from service.we spoke and even visited the branch and informed them and now they refuse to take or return calls. Do you employ staff of this calibre.
