Called Delluded

I found the manager Alan at the branch very unprofessional and rude as he called me Deluded.. I found that disturbing as to that's how he speak to a client.. I bought a demo car at Wilrogate Hyundai and within 2 months the clutch is burned out.. I explained that I don't do any heavy duty loads to burn out the clutch.. I feel that as the car was used before by Wilrogate branch I shouldn't have to pay full amount to fix the vehicle.. When I explained this to Alan he then said I was deluded.. I have never heard of such talk from a service provider before..
