Buying a car at Hyundai Strijdom park

<p>We bought a second hand car from Hyundai Strijdom Park in the beginning of June 2017 where the radio and speakers didn't work, the right hand side mirror cover was broken, a dent in the right hand side vendor and the spare keys were missing. </p> <p> </p> <p>We were told that we can only get the car after 2 days to give them time to repair the dent and the mirror cover and give the car a valet (as the car was only bought the same day as we wanted to buy it). We agreed to this, only so that the 2 days can be extended to a week. After the week I went to fetch the car just to find the car had only a valet and the rest was still unrepaired.</p> <p> </p> <p>After a struggle we got an appointment to take the car back to be repaired and get a courtesy car in the meanwhile which was very helpful. For 2 weeks we used the courtesy car afterwhich they called us to bring the car back because they need it and we can come and fetch our car. When we got there, our mirror was still broken (they had to order the part - they had 3 weeks already) and the speakers were still broken but the radio and the dent was fixed. We still didn't have our spare key.</p> <p> </p> <p>It has now been at least 2 months and a week , and we still don't have our spare key nor is the mirror fixed. We are hopefully taking the car in this weekend to repair the speakers.</p> <p> </p> <p>Otherwise we are very happy with the car it is just the finalising of admin that we are not too happy with. </p>
