buyers beware!!

buy a Hyundai car at your own peril! especially from a ****a shop dealer like boksburg east rand! if you thought Hyundai is an international well recognized brand then wait till you call their head office and you're told that they don't deal with complaints they only deal with sales! these mafia like dealers sold me a faulty car and now its with them for factory fault and they refuse to cancel the contract or replace the vehicle! i dealt with the branch to lodge my complaint then i realized that they refused to hear my story. i told them that they sold me a faulty car knowingly and thats ******* instead the dealer (Craig) referred me to the manager who then passed the buck then i called head office(angie) to report them, they then passed the buck to the branches principal dealer (Shane) who then made empty promises of replacing the vehicle. days later the situation is still the same so i lodge a complaint to angie at head office then Im told that head office only deals with sales she then passed the buck to MFC and the ombudsmen. <br> <br> Im sick and tired of taking days off work to sort this or wasting my time and money talking to them, hyundai is a *****! a ****! a bunch of charlatans!
