Broken Sensor, Missing parts & Filthy Engine
Wife took car in for a cambelt service. First off, all the parts that were changed were left in the car except for the cam belt. The dealer \assures\" my wife that it was done

Second: Engine cover and surrounding areas was left dirty. We keep the car in good condition (posted on Twitter and FB as well) and have before and after pics showing just how poorly the Hyundai staff treat the car.

Third, the interior of the car had a sensor on the windscreen damaged. This is probably a couple of hundred bucks (just a cover really) yet the dealer refuses to acknowledge fault on it and says it is really difficult to remove in their opinion so it probably happened when we changed the windscreen (which was over 20000km ago. Obviously if it was annoying enough to notice then, we would have raised it with the place that did the fitment. Apparently the cover is nowhere on the premises (no doubt in the garbage bag of the guy who washed the car very poorly)

Finally windscreen wipers were done 6 months ago at the last service. Apparently they are gone and price nw increased from R150 to over R450

Absolutely horrible experience. What point is a warranty or service plan when youare treated like this"
