Breakdown on Santa Fe
On the 18th my Santa Fe left me at roadside. In the first week I had to phone numerous times to find out what is the status. The dealer principal however assisted with a loan car. However the first feed back I had was on Friday where I was told that the diesel was substandard and that the filter and tank was dirty and needs to be replaced at a cost of +- R 2700 which I gave the go ahead. At 16h30 I received a call from the service manager telling me that this was not the fault and that everything else like the injectors and whatever was also not right. Up until now I have not received any further feedback which is really leaving me fuming. In the meanwhile I wrote a letter to Alzu sevice station and they assured me that there is nothing wrong with there diesel product.I am a very unhappy customer buying a vehicle and a supplier that does not really care about their brand or apparent brand.
