breach of contract

I bought a used car from hyundai bedfordview salesman,kovalin(kevin) car previously owned by his manager zaine bobat,I was told car was in perfect condition,I've had car for 3months I've driven it ****ms,the car started smoking 2 weeks after I got it when I told them of my problem they told me to use my warranty which didn't cover the expenses,they refuse to help me they keep paasing the buck,as far as I'm concerned this is breach of contract,I later found out that major engine repairs had been done which they failed to disclose with me,I honestly dnt advise anyone to have any dealings with this dealership as they are totally dishonest!!!when you email them or contact them they dnt reply or assist...very very unhappy and fuming!!!b
