Breach of agreement

I bought a second hand car 2015 September from Hyundai in Menlyn, I have since waited for a spare key and for my side mirror to be fixed.

according to the sales consultant, they have changed managers 4 times and he is unable to get authorization for issuing me a spare key, the current manager Johan has said it has been long and he will not authorize the spare key since it was 2015,,,,i have been following up since I got the vehicle and have numerous emails confirming that ill get the key and I do not understand how is it a problem because at the end of the day I never got the key and the mirror fixed as per what was promised when I was sold the car...........the manager is just insensitive and also said I can go the legal route and it is not his problem

How do you do that?
