brand new hyundai gone back 3rd time for fixing

My i20 is not yet 2 years old. It has already been sent to pinetown for brakes and clutch and now engine mounting. Because I met a small accident Which only effected the exterior of the car according to the assessor, hyundai pinetown refuses to do it under my warranty. They insist it is the cause of the accident when it is proven that it's not. I am very disappointed as I got this car brand new and have been having such problems.
