Brand new car

I bought a brand new Hyundai grand i10 2018 March the reverse is not working I’ve been taking it to Hyundai but they keep on telling me dat there’s nothing wrong with it. Now my car doesn’t want to start everytime I have to jump start it. I took it to Hyundai last week they told me dat theres nothing wrong with it. I don’t want this car anymore I bought a new car because I don’t want problems
