Brake pad disappointment

<p>I am extremely disappointed by Hyundai East Rand's response to my query on my worn brake pads. I bought an I20 at 20000km and at 26000 km my brake pads were giving problems. When I contacted Hyundai and was put in touch with the DP -Lucy, I was told it is normal to replace the pads every 6000km and my heavy foot was causing them to wear. I am a 71 year old man that doesnt have a heavy foot. It cost me to pay for the pads and be made to feel insulted. After asking around I believe it is not normal to replace the pads at such a short interval. I would appreciate knowing that the fault was not with me</p>
