Bought a car cash with @ Hyundai Edwin Sales in Durban. The car was 89 990 online and i bought it for 80 000 and didnt receive a spare key and they now refuse to give me a spare key instead they want to give me security key.

I bought a car at Hyundai in Durban I was assisted bya Sales man Sanjeev Ramnarie and he took advantage of the matter that i am a new driver.They gave a a discount of R10 000 The deal was you buy the car as it is they will only sort out the Engen and the Geyer Box. Now this guy didnt give me the spare key for the car I reminded him about it. At first hesaid the security key is a spare for the car but then when i called Mitsubishi they said It was not. The car has a different spare key the key he is talking about is a security key i cannot drive the car with it.a spare key does not have lock and unlock buttons with it, it is helped by a security key to lock and unlock.Now I signed for the security key and now they are all refusing to give me the spare key they all say I must come and collect the spare key they did for the security or manual key which is useless for me that is the Manager Mr Thesan Moodley and their Principal Dealer mr Len. the jack they gave me also its not for the car and is also invading space on my boet and they still keeping quiet and all the time i have to follow up with them

They used me to get sales and get rid of the car. they used me because I didn't have much knowledge about cars and the sales man who failed to tell me all about it, because there is no way i could have bought the car without the spare key

Now they telling me to take the spare for security which they made for me and thats it for them They couldn't care less about the mistake which was made by their Sales man at the end of the day they gained R80 000 which now they say they have given me 20 000 discount forgetting i have proof that online the car was 89 990 not 99 990 they had two prices for the car which is *****.

I have signed to receive a spare key for the car but now theres no spare key, there's extra security key to fetch which wont drive the car

HYUNDAI AT EDWIN SALES ARE ALL ****** IF THEY WORK LIKE THIS THEY ABUSE US LADIES WITH LESS KNOWLEDGE ABOUT CARS HENCE THEY WANT TO MAKE SALES, AND GET COMMISSION.
