Blown away by attitude and service

I need to share with you the fantastic service I received at Hyundai Strydompark today. I have been a customer for a number of years and I must admit, since Liberty left the service department my visits to the service department has been mediocre. Today I popped in and met a new recruit in the service department. Her name is Simone. Wow, what an absolute breath of fresh air. Nothing was too much trouble for her and her positive, friendly attitude was infectious. Thank you Alta for printing my invoices, the guy in parts (sorry I don't have his name) who made me laugh and the service foreman for your help. My faith in this dealership has been restored. I vote for Simone to be employee of the year. Thank YOU!
