Blatant ****

<p>I bought a car from Hyundai East Rand in August 2016. The complaints right from word go are too many to mention, but my greatest problem is Wayne Williams' lies and dishonesty. I have been trying for FOUR MONTHS to get my service book and second key from Wayne. He blames everyone in his branch for his terrible service, lying about no drivers being available, continuously telling me "today" I will receive my property. I think he no longer realizes that every word out of his mouth is a lie. Today I lost my keys. We have 4 days of public holidays ahead of us. I called Wayne in a panic and he promised too call me back. Blatant lie. I have been trying to contact him every 10 minutes and he does not answer his phone. I am a 52 year old woman who lives alone and now have no means of transport. </p>
