Beware Hyundai SA T&C's

Final reply to Tyron Brett of Hyundai SA -

Another great satisfied client experience from hyundai, NOT!

At least I have learnt a hard lesson and to watch my back when doing business with Hyundai in the future and to think for their employees when it comes to clarity on the fine print, i think it will be best to also notify as many South Africans to look out for themselves when doing any dealings with Hyundai who merely state the T&C's when convenient and how "quite clear" the internal policy is for returning parts. Just love it when the book gets thrown at you. :)

Maybe a lesson of customer service to you and your company, ask your employees to be forthcoming in their communication and not to expect every client to read every word of the T&C's you love referring to and to also make it clear to clients when they are purchasing an electrical part and the strict T&C's associated, it's just common courtesy to make sure clients understand what they are getting themselves into.

You have a good day as well, hope there are not T&C's or fine print in your closing statement as well...

Anyone looking for "knock sensor", be warned, it is an electrical part and once purchased you will not be allowed to return, as per my returns policy which is "quite clear", as i have a brand new one laying in my drawer at home?
