Benoni Hyundai pathetic service

I bought Hyundai IX35 from Benoni dealership on the 26th of February 2021. They promised to take my car for valet and to provide me with a retractable boot luggage cover since the car didn't have one. None of this was done. I have been there 5 times and they always promise that they will contact me to come fetch. The manager (Erick Motha), said I can come collect, when I go there he was not there to be found and salesmen showed me a broken cover. I'm so disgusted by their pathetic service.
