Belongings gone missing.

My husband to took my car to the service on 3 February 2013.It was the first time the car was going to the service and I left my blue tupperware water bottle in the car. When my husband came home i noticed the bottle was missing. Before jumping to conclusions i decided to double check in the other car as well as in the house. I looked all over but the bottle was nowhere to be found. <br> But I know for sure that the bottle was in the car because thats where i keep so that i dont forget it at home when i go to gym. <br> Earlier this morning I called them to enquire about the bottle. I spoke to Simone and she said she would call me back. I waited for two hours and when she didn't call I called them again and Simone said that the bottle was not found. I told her I was disappointed as I didn't expect my nbelongings to go missing but all she could do was keep quiet.<br> I'm so disappointed that she didnt even try to apologise or try to hear me out.<br> That was the first and the last time that I would be using Menlyn service centre.
