Bad workmanship

I did my last car service at hyundai springfield which included a oil service. I am due to do my next oil change and upon performing the task i noticed that the person who had performed the service at the hyundai dealership had not only not replaced the washer on the drain plug of the sump but also over tightened the drainplug making it impossible to remove the plug to do next oil service. Also upon inpection the head of the was damged in the attempt tp tighten by the dealership.
