Bad services

Bad services. I towed my car to hyundai Nelspruit because of battery fault. They didn't even communicate anything to me. I had to keep on calling looking like a fool. I faced difficulties in going to work because of them. No courtesy no giving the exact problem of the car. Whenever you call they bring up excuses. Two weeks passed without any communication from them. At the end i called and the workshop lady by the name of Charmaine was even rude that they called me several times yet the number she mentioned was not my number while i had written my number on the road assistance paper given for signature. They asked me to fetch my car while im still under warranty and my car is less than a year from their garage. I still qualify for a courtesy car ro be fetch to get my car bur nothing from them. Im never ever going to consider buying from this company or recommend anyone from it. They treat customers like garbage
