Bad service,disgusting, Croocks and ****

Bad service last week i lodged a complaint an they promised to phoned me back, even now still waiting.

I bought a car they included Extras,vehicle tracking, Towbar and headlamp protector of which I don't have in my car. There is no Towbar in my car, this dealership Kempton park branch they **** me.
