Bad service. This car isn't worth it

<p>My boyfriend bought the Tucson automatic last year. It's problem is that when ever you are in slow moving traffic it starts vibrating like a manual car that's about to switch off coz you have it at a higher gear in slow moving traffic. He complained about it they told him that the is no such a problem. He took the car in again where he bought it and they confirmed that more people were having the same problem. Now they want us to pay for a problem that we reported twice coz their maintenance plan doesn't cover it all ofor a suden. Why must we pay for something we reported more than once and you ignored us. This car is not worth it</p>
