Bad Service received from Hyundai Umhlanga

I bought a car at Hyundai Umhlanga last week and I was told that the car will be delivered last week, it's a week later I still haven't received my car. I was told the car will be here on Wed this week then I was told that it will be with me on Friday yesterday still it's not here, Leon and Trevor told me I will get it latest today but I went to Hyundai Queenstown and they were closed and I still don't have my car. When I bought the car I asked them to deliver the car then I'll make a deposit but Trevor the manager at Hyundai Umhlanga told me it's either I make a deposit or forfeit the car and he said that with arrogance. Because I wanted the car I made the deposit same day, my bank paid them on the 16th but till today they haven't delivered the car. They were so quick to demand money but when is time to deliver the car they don't keep the promise, now I'm the one who must follow up with them every now and then, I called Leon today he's not picking up his phone, called Trevor and he told me he's busy with a client he'll get back to me. I'm still waiting for his call until now, he did the same during the week and never got back to me. I received an email to say the delivery will be today but it never took place. I paid a huge deposit for that car to be treated like this. I need them to cancel the deal and refund me my deposit and I'll go buy a car with a dealer that has the client's best interest at heart. Hyundai Umhlanga is a disappointment.
