Bad Service & No Stock?

I had my car serviced last month at Hyundai Edenvale. They did not have stock of globes for the front lights / windscreen wipers! Not to mention the terrible service... I asked for my car to be ready @ 3.30pm. Called 3.30pm to check as no-one had called me. I have to call her back again @4pm because she hasn't called me yet to notify me!!! Surely they should keep stock of something so basic as globes & windscreen wipers??? I got a call 2 days later to check on the service. When I told the lady how disappointed i was she was going to get the manager to call me... I'm still waiting!!! What can they get right?? I will never return to that branch and I will never refer anyone either!
