Bad service no spare key

<p>I was given a wrong spare key after purchase last year August 2016, i queried this from November 2016, i was told it will be a cost to company as they cnt get the keys from head office and at the branch. No one bothers to get back to me even the manager cant assist.</p> <p>I payed for my car and i want my spare key. </p>
