Bad service I'v ever had in my life

Hi, is the 2nd time Im complaining about the service I reveived from Hyundai Umhlanga. I bought a car from them and it took me 3 weeks before I could receive my car, drove that car for 2 weeks and it had a mechanical problem and I took it to VW in Queemstown to have it looked at and up until today the car is still sitting there because Hyunday Umhlanga is not doing anything to speed up the process. I asked them to give me a loan car while Im still waiting for that one to be fixed but Trevor and Deon at Hyndai Umhlanga said they can help me with that, its been now 3 weeks again and Im still sitting without the car. I reported the issue at Hyunday head office and I never received any help. I had to call head office myself to make follow ups no one is getting back to me both Hyunday Umhlanga and Head office. I told them Im cancelling the deal and now they are telling me stories. A week before the previous one the told me ( Deon and Trevor) that someome was on his way from East London to Vw Queenstown and that person is coming to fetch the car and fix its problem in East London. When my banker phoned them to tell them Im cancelling the deal they told her the car is in VW Queenstown getting fixed, they told her that the car is in the workshop and I went to Vw and I was told that they were intsructed to just check what is the problem and after that is then Hyunday Umhlanga will decide wether they can carry on fixing it or wether they themselves (Hyundai Umhlanga) will take it somewhere to get it fixed. I was never informed about the decision I only found out the day my banker called them. Even now I know Im not going to get any call from them neither their head office.
