Bad service Hyundai Strijdom Park Dealership

Bad service I got from Hyundai Strijdom Park..after waiting 2 hours for a test drive on the i30N ..Dealership Principal Thabo Sekgantso said I can't test drive due to alot of people testing the car and end up not buying it... Why do sales consultants book me for the day to.come and test drive and make me wait 2 hours at the dealership for them to tell me I can't test drive it..

Really sad how some companies treat customers..
