Bad service from Hyundai Milnerton

Motor was service, a day later i end next to the road with steam coming front of my IX engen. Only to find that they never closed the rediator cap and all the water and anti freeze was in the road an over my car. i called them to tell them about this, they applogise and said i must bring the car in that they can reput the anti-freeze in.. i took the motor in yesterday only to wait more than 2 hrs for them to do this - with no sorry or any compentation for my time lost on the side of the road in the evening having to call somebody to come and help me and time i have to take for taking car back for them to \repair"their mistake!
