Bad service from huyndai port elizabeth

I went to hyundai port elizabeth gwonbeki road thus is the worst experience i ever have i drive a hyundai elantra 2011 for 4 years i went to them yesterday for a big service qoutation. I was standing at the counter for 15 min while the works shop manager was on his phone and two ladies walk past me doing their oen thing. After a while john tokd me one lady would help me i have to sit on my knees next to her to wright down all the faults in my car. I told john that hyundai johannesburg tokd me there is some bracket they can put into the cats coil spring because if i load three peopke in the back of my car it hit on the shocks hard when i go threw a bump on the road they dont know nothing about it. I also ask them uf i bring in my car if they have a courtesy car he just say no. In the first pkace the service are phaphetic there customer service are so poor that the customer like me must sit on ny knees on the floor to be help the lady that right my faults on the computer coukd even spel all the failts correctly on the comouter. In future i wik recommended no obe to them neither woukd i ever buy a hyundai again realy and i am not the first persone moaning about this place realy you must sott out your people i am realy cross and sadd the way i was handled in hyunday port elizabeth and john must learn how to receive customers and handle the quaries and the assistance customers need not for one second he assist me he was the whole time on the phone and that was realy rude
